Hope For The Stressed !




LIFE  is full of stress. Every day we are bombarded with stress, from deadlines at work to bills and commitments at home. We worry if we have too much work ,not enough time, too much debt and family problems.

Stress leads to tensions, physical and emotional strain.This can cause problems like insomnia, headache, problems concentrating, fatigue,weight loss and even suppression of our immune system.We need all the help to get learn how to relax.

Here are some ways to relieve stress.Read them and choose which ones are right for your lifestyle.

Exercise releases tension and stress,whether it's working out at a gym,or doing a sport such as tennis,swimming or running.

Deep breathing exercise :Breathe in though your nose slowly and deeply,and then out through your mouth.Feel all of the tensions flow out of you as you exhale.

Massage therapy or aromatherapy also help to tone down stress levels.

Play ! Do something you used to do as a child or long ago before you had all the commitments, such as play with an electric train or eat cotton candy at the fair.

Eat right.A well-balanced meal,with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetable, is important for maintaining good health and levels you stronger and well equipped to face what life throws at you.

Sleep more.Lack of sleep leads to stress.This is a vicious cycle.More sleep can leave you stress free.
